Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure without refund of any funds.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one account with xltoto. Opening multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If xltoto discovers that you have registered or are operating more than one account, we reserve the right to close all such accounts immediately, void all bets placed from duplicate accounts, confiscate any winnings or bonuses derived from those accounts, and retain any deposited funds as liquidated damages.
Accounts registered using false names, borrowed identities, temporary email addresses, or proxy services will be considered fraudulent and will be closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions made using your account credentials.
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach, you must notify xltoto immediately via our 24/7 live chat or email support. xltoto is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
xltoto accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider's processing time.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not registered to you) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Repeated attempts to deposit from third-party accounts may result in account suspension.
xltoto does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, and you are responsible for any such charges.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time via your account dashboard. xltoto processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (WIB). Withdrawals requested outside of banking hours will be processed on the next business day.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the name on your xltoto account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a clear photograph of your government-issued identification (KTP or passport) and, in some cases, proof of address. This is a standard regulatory requirement to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though exceptionally large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 50,000,000 in a single transaction) may require additional verification and may be processed in installments for security reasons.
xltoto reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct further verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and funds returned to your account balance.
xltoto operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in accordance with international best practices. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement exists to prevent the platform from being used as a money transfer service. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activity will be frozen immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.

A bet is considered accepted only when it appears in your account's bet history with a confirmed status. If a bet is placed but does not appear in your bet history, it has not been accepted, and you should contact support immediately.
xltoto reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical glitches. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your account balance.

All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). xltoto's sports betting markets include bandar bola (football bookmaking) across BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and other major leagues, as well as mix parlay (multi-match accumulator betting) options. Specific rules for each sport are published in the relevant market's information section.
In-play (live) betting odds are subject to rapid change. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed, not at the odds displayed when you clicked the bet slip. If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be void unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
xltoto offers togel (toto gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets covering Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), Togel Macau, and other regional draws. All togel results are determined by the official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority. xltoto does not conduct its own draws and has no influence over the outcome of any togel draw.
Togel bets must be placed before the official draw close time as displayed on the platform. Late bets will not be accepted. Winning bets are paid according to the published payout table for each market, which is available on the togel section of the platform.
xltoto offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. Bonuses are provided at xltoto's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or cancelled at any time without notice. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may lead to permanent account closure.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or turnover requirements). This means that you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each bonus's terms and typically range from 5x to 20x the bonus amount.

xltoto reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. In the event of account closure by xltoto, any funds in your account that are not subject to investigation will be returned to you, minus any applicable fees or deductions for breach of Terms.
